  • The item must be physically 100% new, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Late reports of damaged products (beyond the delivery day).

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please inspect it immediately and contact our support team before the delivery agent leaves or on the same day.
  • Reports made later than this period may not be eligible for exchange or refund.
